Thank you for shopping at Shinokimoon. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the United States and Australia.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. While we strive to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier factors outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
